The target audience is small business owners and/or administrative staff that would like to gain greater insight into the bookkeeping process and the QuickBooks Online (QBO) software.\n\nObjectives\n\nAttendees will understand:\n\n1. The importance of keeping accurate financial records\;\n\n2. How to read a Profit and Loss Statement\, Balance Sheet\, and Cash Flow Statement\;\n\n3. Which version of QuickBooks Online will best meet their needs\;\n\n4. How to customize the set-up and Chart of Accounts to track the most helpful financial information\;\n\n5. The basic QBO workflow for their day-to-day business operations\; and\n\n6. Reconciliations\, customizing reports\, and automated recurring transactions.\n\nAttendees will leave with a solid understanding of the proper set-up for their business\; how to enter and process ongoing financial transactions\; and how to generate and customize reports.\n\nExpectations\n\nAttendees are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet for hands-on learning (remember your charger!).
