DESCRIPTION:Knox County is a growing community\, and the Knox County Chamber of Commerce wants to help businesses address the challenges that come with growth. The State of Series focuses on updating the local community with initiatives regarding local business climate. This four-part series will focus on different business aspects of the Knox County area.  The 2023 State of Series topics will be: State of Healthcare\, State of Education\, State of Government\, and State of Workforce.\n\n\n\nHear from Sally Saydeshoev (Director of Talent and Training at the Programming Institute for Workforce Excellence\, Indiana Chamber of Commerce) and Valerie Schmidt (Business Services and Communications Manager at the Southwest Indiana Workforce Board) as they discuss workforce opportunities\, trends\, and issues for 2023 and beyond. \n\n\n\nRegistration is now live for the State of Workforce\, program sponsored by Action Staffing. \n\n\n\nThe State of Workforce luncheon will be on Wednesday\, July 26 from 12-1 PM at Blossom Hill Rental Hall.\n\nTickets for the State of Series luncheons are $20/person.
