DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Watermelon Festival Color Run/Walk 5K\n\nPresented by Old National Bank\n\n\nWe're turning up the color and fun for this year's Watermelon Festival 5K! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just in it for the color and community\, this event is for you. \n\n**THIS IS A COLOR FUN - COLOR POWDER WILL BE TOSSED AT SEVERAL STATIONS ALONG THE ROUTE. T-SHIRTS ARE PROVIDED - BUT WEAR CLOTHING YOU'RE OKAY WITH GETTING MESSY**\n\n \nWhen: Saturday\, August 2nd\, 2025\n\nTime: 8:00 am Start\n\nWhere: Patrick Henry Square (The Run will start at Patrick Henry Square Vincennes\, IN and end in the 200 block of Main Street.)\n\nCost: $30 (Payments can be made by credit card.) \n \n\nRace day information\n\nPacket pick-up begins at 7:00 AM at Patrick Henry Square. You'll get your race bib\, t-shirt\, and a few surprise goodies to help you colorfully cruise through the course! Pick-up ends at 7:45 AM\, so don't be late.\n\n\n\nThe Color Run will kick off at 8:00 AM\, with color stations and water stops along the route. Volunteers\, signs\, and law enforcement will be stationed to help guide you through every step of the way. \n \n\nAwards & Contests\n\nThe Knox County Chamber will crown the Top Overall Female & Male Runners - but the real party is the color! We're also hosting a "Best Dressed" Contest\, so break out your brightest\, boldest watermelon-inspired look and show off your style!\n\n\n\nAll participants will receive a finisher medal at the end of the race\, along with post-run snacks and refreshments to celebrate your achievement! \n\n \n \n\nT-Shirts & Registration\n\nWant to guarantee your exclusive Watermelon Fest Color Run tee? Be sure to register by Wednesday\, July 30th\, 2025.\n\n\n\n**Day of Race Registration WILL be available\, but t-shirts and goodie bags are not promised.**
