Pathways to Leadership: Delegation & Effective Feedback

The Knox County Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to present the Pathways to Leadership workshop series, a unique opportunity for current and emerging leaders to enhance their leadership skills. In collaboration with The Pantheon and Ivy Tech Community College, this six-part series will cover a variety of key topics designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and provide valuable insights from real-world experiences.

The fifth session, "Delegation & Effective Feedback," will take place on August 29th, 2025, from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM at The Pantheon (428 Main Street, Vincennes, IN). The series will rotate between The Pantheon and the Knox County Chamber Office (702 Main Street, Vincennes, IN), with each session taking place from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM.

These workshops are ideal for both established leaders and those aspiring to take on leadership roles. Participants will gain practical knowledge, share experiences, and learn strategies for leading effectively in today’s fast-paced environment.
