Ribbon Cutting: Lothian and Red Skelton Gallery of Fine Art

The Knox County Chamber of Commerce invites the community to attend a ribbon cutting celebration for the Red Skelton Museum of American Comedy on Friday, May 22, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. at the museum in Vincennes.

The event will celebrate the unveiling of several new exhibits in honor of America’s upcoming 250th anniversary, highlighting Red Skelton’s patriotism, military service, support of American troops during World War II, and his lasting impact on American culture.

Guests will also experience the debut of the museum’s temporary summer exhibit, “The Year of the Pledge,” along with new additions to the Lothian and Red Skelton Gallery of Fine Art. Cookies and lemonade will be served following the ceremony.
