The Family Health Center provides primary care for the entire family – young to old! Our experienced health care team is committed to providing you with comprehensive care focusing on your individual health needs. We provide preventative services, such as wellness exams and physicals. We can assist you in managing your chronic diseases. We treat acute illnesses and minor injuries, perform minor office procedures, and provide laboratory services. The Family Health Center provides behavioral health services to our patients to assist in coping with their mental health and chronic medical conditions. Patients work with a therapist to overcome challenges and learn how to cope with the stresses of life. At the Family Health Center, we understand that your health care reaches beyond our health center. We offer a team of professionals, specifically trained, to assist you in your community needs.
