Join us for a Ribbon Cutting for the Safe Harbor Garden! Children and Family Services, Corp has recieved a grant to build a residential park as a part of sexual violence prevention and partnered with the City of Vincennes to accomplish the park. The Ribbon Cutting will take place at 4:30 p.m.
